Booking & Payment
All reservations must be made through our google form. Full payment is required at the time of booking via PayNow, and a confirmation message will be sent upon completion. By completing payment, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined here.
Refund Policy
All camp fees, bus bookings, and merchandise must be paid in full before the program start date. Once payment is made, no refunds or cancellations are permitted, including for late arrivals or early departures. However, you may reschedule your booking to another available date by providing at least 10 days’ written notice. Additional fees may apply if switching to a higher-cost activity.
Changing Your Booking
You may modify your camp week, activity, or bus booking online by informing us via WhatsApp up to 10 days before camp begins. Date changes within the same season are free, subject to availability. Activity changes may incur extra charges if the new selection is more expensive.
Camp Closure
If camp must close due to medical, governmental, or unforeseen circumstances, no refunds will be issued. Instead, we will either reschedule activities or provide a credit note valid until the end of the following year.
Late Pick-Up
Please arrange to pick up your child immediately after dismissal. Coaches have to leave for the next venue.
A late fee of $10 per 10 minutes will apply for pickups, 15 mins after dismissal time, payable on the same day.
Weather Policy
For weekday camps, alternative indoor activities will be arranged in case of bad weather.
Insurance & Safety
While we carry Public Liability Insurance, parents must ensure their child has personal Accident & Medical Insurance.
First Aid & Medical Care
Our staff are trained on Standard First Aid. Our staff may at his own discretion, apply first aid procedures when deemed necessary. Please note that we will not be able to administer any form of medication.
Program Adjustments
Activity schedules may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify parents promptly of any updates.
Photography & Data Use
We may take photos/videos for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing). If you do not consent, please notify us at booking. Footage may also be used for safeguarding.
Data Protection
Your child’s personal data will be handled in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). By enrolling, you agree to its use for welfare, legal, and marketing purposes by Learn To Play and its affiliates.
Safeguarding & Inclusion
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against bullying/discrimination and prioritize child safety. Our Safeguarding Policy is available upon request. Suspected abuse will be reported to authorities.
Special Needs
We strive to accommodate all children. Parents of campers with special needs should contact us before booking to discuss support requirements.
Child Exclusion
Learn To Play reserves the right to exclude children for disruptive behavior, undisclosed special needs, or safety concerns. No refunds will be given, and parents bear any related costs (e.g., transportation).
Parental Agreement
By enrolling, you confirm all provided information is accurate. You acknowledge that while Learn To Play supervises participants, you assume all risks related to camp activities. The management and its staff are not liable for accidents, injuries, or lost/damaged property.
You agree to indemnify Learn To Play against any claims arising from your child’s participation.
By booking, you accept all terms above.
